Cost Center is used in #accounts when we want #monitor that #specific amount which you can used in different department and different office, #Multiple Branches, you want to check that amount how much expense you cover in that particular field. only then we can use cost center & cost category. this is very important feature which you can use in accounts to mange multiple department & Branches. you can use this cost center & cost category  feature in #Multiple Department, #Multiple Branches, #Multiple Ledgers, etc. with this feature you can access you account properly with profit & loss & Balance sheet, that which Department gives you earn  a money.
