Samsung’s new Widest Computer Monitor Makes Everyone go nuts


Samsung has unveiled its latest ultra wide monitor QH90 which is more like a super ultra wide monitor. You can get a CHG90 for $1,499 and it is available for pre-order now. The Samsung CHG90 is a super wide 49-inch display and most likely the widest curved monitor on the market. The monitor is so wide that it actually resembles more of a truncated TV rather than a computer monitor.

The Samsung CHG90 is equal to two 24-inch curved screens that are glued together. It comes with a resolution of 3840 X 1080 and a 32:9 aspect ratio. It is just like two traditional 1920 x 1080 displays that are combined together.
The CHG90 is not just big, Samsung gave it a pretty good screen using which you can work with a dozen columns of the spreadsheet at a time. If you are a gamer, the monitor offers you an experience you wouldn’t forget so easily. To have a great gaming experience, it works with the AMD’s FreeSync 2 standard which gives better image output.

The CHG90 is made using the Samsung’s QLED Quantum Dot technology and supports the HDR10 standard for the high-dynamic range content for even better colors and contrast. Other specs include a 1-millisecond response time and a 144Hz refresh rate.
Since the screen is so wide, Samsung made a proprietary software to make use of that extra space. Using this software, you can split the display into six windows at any time. Coming to the port selection, CHG90 has a Mini DisplayPort, DisplayPort, two HDMI ports, and three USB 3.0 ports, but no USB-C option.

Along side this beast of a display, Samsung has announced a few other displays in the form of the CHG70 line, which just resembles its larger counterpart but with a 27-inch and 31.5-inch screen sizes.

Even Common Lisp was used before: MovitzMany of those have at least the same capabilities as C. Some even surpass C++. And arguably some can in theory even produce more efficient compiled binaries. Ada certainly focusses a lot on security and stability by orders of magnitude more than C/C++ does - which is one thing very paramount in systems, especially the kernel.


I guess the biggest reason is popularity. Most OS's are huge, so you need lots of team members working on separate portions of the kernel. At least if you want to make something remotely competitive to Windows/OSX/Linux in a reasonable time frame. So finding enough experts in such languages might be an issue. Not to mention, the much more prevalent example resources available for C based systems programming.



Most systems programming these days is more in the line of extending / altering / fixing existing systems. Very few truly "new" systems are in general use, actually there is nothing new in any of the main-stream OS's in use these days. Even OSX is based on Unix (BSD kernel) - one of the oldest OS's in use today. Windows (on the NT kernel) is based originally on VMS - so also several decades to the root of its ancestry. And most of these are already very tied to C, so it becomes more difficult to create these extensions / fixes in some other language.

C vs C++ – Which Programming language is better?


Which one is better? But first, let me introduce their features and the length of their being around in the software engineering world. Let’s begin with C, is a general programming language and was invented in 1972, it is used for the salvation of the computer operating system kernel to the user interface, Later on, In 1980 C programming was modernized.
C++ programming language was introduced in 1998, and it is a modernized C programming language with enhanced features, which aims at overcoming the problems the C programming was unable to. So, C++ language is much younger than C.
The major difference between C and C++ is that C is a procedural programming language and does not support classes and objects, while C++ is a combination of both procedural and object-oriented programming language; therefore C++ can be called a hybrid language.
There is still a question which language is better, I will say it depends for what purpose they are used. If one is working on the project that includes more than 250,00+lines of code, Python or C++ is the best to be used than C language.If one is working on a fast program, then usage of C program is more convenient, e.g. some programs that need to manage video should use C programming language. In other cases, C++ language is more convenient as it facilitates the complex structures such as list management, windows, while C language needs more manipulations with pointers.
Coming out from the above information it really depends on what kind of program you are working, both have the features that are compatible in this or that situation. Both are ultrafast languages, whereas other one’s Python and similar scripting languages are much slower in execution (not compile time). But still if a project is small and requires quick resolution, it is better C language to be used and for bigger and profound projects, C++ language is more recommended.
Comparing these two languages is like comparing old cars with new ones. Their destination is the same, they are means of transportation, but older ones have basic features for moving while new ones have more advanced technics and enhanced features that require profound knowledge and approach. C is the computer programming language considered to be the basis for many of the modern high-level programming languages such as Java, C#, and C++, they have the basic features of C language and in addition, they have more enhanced and far advanced qualities. They boost developers speed and commitment.
C is a system programming language and C++ is of general purpose used the unembedded system. C does not support classes like C++ does and to add, C++ can be used to C programming as it has its basic features and we can say that it derived from this programming language. If a web developer knows C++ he knows C language as well. C++ is more object orient while C is more procedural. C++ translates to productivity and organization of code and is a boon for more complex applications, it is very suitable for fast apps and server software. It has benefits of high-level and low-level programming languages; its features: speed and performance make C++ more convenient for usage and it goes well with other languages.
So, envisaging all the above information it is difficult to tell which one is better, each of it has its benefits in a certain situation.Their usage depends on performance and speed. But C ++ being more up-to-date and enhanced with so many features is better in most cases, though we should not forget the benefits of simplicity of C is the computer programming language which in some cases does more than C++.

Difference Between Black Hat, Grey Hat and White Hat Hackers


The word hacker has many meanings and in the computer world it refers to “Someone who makes a device work in a way it is not expected to work”. In general, the word hacker is one of the most misunderstood words in English. People generally assume some kind of cyber criminal when they hear the word hacker. But actually, the word hacker has a lot more to do than what people generally assume it to be.
Hackers are generally categorized into three kinds. They are Black Hat, Grey Hat and White Hat.

Black Hat

These are the guys’ people think when they hear the word hacker. These are the Bad Guys, they use their power and intelligence to make money through illegal ways. Whenever they find a vulnerability, they misuse for their own benefit and do not let the owners know about the threat and vulnerability. They try to steal users passwords, emails and other personal details and sell them on Dark Web.

Gray Hats

Gray hats fall in between the Black and White hat hackers. These are the guys who find vulnerabilities and disclose them to the government, intelligence agencies or sometimes military. The government then uses this information to hack into an agency or criminal group. They can be individuals or researchers in pursuit of bugs and flaws which might be useful for the government.

White Hats

White hat hackers are the good guys, they hack into a network or hack a software and then notify the respective owner about the bugs that need fixing. They help to build a better and a safer software possible. They make money in form of bounties which they receive whenever they notify a company about a certain vulnerability. The pay varies depending on the severity of the flaw found, however, they can make anywhere between $500 to more than $100,000.
